1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and issue refunds for products that meet the following conditions:
The request is initiated within 30 days of the original delivery date.
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original, resalable condition with all seals and packaging intact.
The item is in its original purchase packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
To ensure health, safety, and hygiene for all our customers, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with.
Products that have been damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.
Final sale items, if any, will be clearly marked as such on the product page.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact our customer service team at support@avedaushub.com within the 30-day window. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Step 2: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
Step 3: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and mail it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our facility.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of its status.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account after approval. The timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
The original cost of shipping and handling is non-refundable. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in preparing and packing your order. If you receive an item that is:
Damaged during shipment,
Materially defective, or
Incorrect (different from what you ordered),

6. International Orders & Duties
For orders shipped internationally, any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed at the time of delivery are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable by AvedaShub.
